Margetts in Manhattan: April 2011

Tyler and I met in September of 2004 on a blind date (we were set up by my cousin who went to high school with Ty). Tyler had just come home from his mission in Japan and I had just graduated from high school. I remember having a BLAST at the Peter Breinholt concert up at Sundance that night. He got up and danced around at the concert and didn't care what anyone thought. I thought that was pretty great. I had so much fun and I thought he had fun too. We decided we wanted to go out again at the end of the date... but, a few weeks went by and there was never a call. So, I decided he must not have had as much fun as I thought(luckily, it turns out he did, but I wouldn't know it for another 3 years)! So as the years past we both did our own things. We dated a few people, went to school, yada, yada, yada. So going back to three years earlier, it turns out Ty DID have a great time. He thought about that date and decided he'd call me to go out again. He called me up in December 2007, at the time I wasn't dating anyone and was excited to go on a date with him. I have to admit, I was curious as to why it took him 3+ years to finally call me. We went to dinner at Red Rocks downtown and then drove down to Thanksgiving point to see the lights. We also got hot chocolate on our way home. We had so much fun we decided to go out again...
